− Rien. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner avec un forfait de 5 euros/ personne ce qui est un peu léger. ( en extérieur )

10.0Alles war perfekt. Liebevoll eingerichtet, mit Blick fürs Detail. Immer wieder entdeckte man ein Highlight. Alles war vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Das Appartement ist mitten in der Stadt aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Treppen ersetzten das Fitnessstudio. Wurden aber angekündigt und sind nur ein Problem, wenn man eines finden will. Außer für gebrechliche Menschen. Aber wie geschrieben, das steht in der Beschreibung und wenn man Probleme mit Treppen hat, sollte man nachfragen bevor man bucht. Die kleine Terrasse war sehr schön. Man hörte und spürte das Leben im Hause. Selbst ein Opernsänger hat im Haus geprobt. Deshalb nehme ich Ferienwohnungen und kein Hotel. Das Frühstück wurde von einem netten Herrn serviert in einem kleinen Café um die Ecke. Ein typisch italienisches Frühstück, vollkommen ausreichend. Die Panninis mit Schinken, sehr gut. Es war ein, mehr als gelungener, Aufenthalt. DANKE!!

8.0A mix of modern, stylish, fashionable furnishings and poor solutions. A beautiful glass cabinet that ominously creaks with the slightest tremor, even a step in the room. A loosely placed shelf behind the bed bangs against the wall with any movement in the bed. It's clear the owner has never personally stayed and slept in the room. The owner was not only unknown—we never saw him—but he also didn't tell us his name, even when directly asked!!! The accommodation is extremely difficult to access due to (about 80) steep stairs with no elevator. Two suitcases, older age, summer heat... it could cost you your life. You won't find this in the description, only in the reviews. And rememeber - two suitcases means two times up, and two times down. Parking "nearby" means a 10-15 minute walk because accomodation is in ZTL zone... My mistakes, I know. Next time I wll start read from worst reviews, not best.
