Schönes Häuschen, keine direkten Nachbarn. Super Raumaufteilung. Ausblick ist traumhaft, sauber und gepflegt. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, vorallem für Familien mit Kindern. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig. 😊

Simple house with view to the sea, village with no significant interest, near Matala beach

House : the view to the sea is very nice , with terrace Beach : 10 min by walk. Many restaurants in front to the sea

− a lot of houses on the street are under construction, street not clean and not easy to access. Equipments of the house are at minimum level , some chairs (outside) were broken. Kitchen furniture are smelling old...

− Voll Katastrophe! Baustelle direkt an Hauswand angrenzend, von morgens bis sehr spät Abends Baulärm. Ausländische Arbeiter wurden täglich von Auto o. Kennzeichen abgeliefert!!! Unfreundliche Nachbarn, Schimmel im Haus, schlecht geputzt, Kochuntensilien und Einrichtung wie in den 50er. Türschloss sehr Tricky. 1 m hohes Unkraut im Vorgarten, Ameisen im Haus: Boden, Decke, Wände. Daher früher abgereist, 6 Wochen der Gelderstatung hinterhergerannt! Nicht zu empfehlen!!

Good but some details could be improved

House was clean. A lot of pillows and towels for personal use which was great. Very beautiful sight especially during sunset - unforgettable. There was an additional shower outside the house which was great after coming back from the beach and allowed to avoid getting sand and marbles into the house. There is a washing machine and a lot of space to dry the clothes outside. The host was very responsive and in case of any problems reacted quickly. The house has a private parking for one car - however it should be mentioned that the road to the house is steep and narrow and there is a problem with turning around - be mindful of that when driving.

− Although everything was ok there were few things that could be improved: - The shower had warm water only from the afternoon onwards - if you like to take warm/hot shower in the morning it might be problematic - There was no coffee machine, nor electric kettle for boiling water. - There was no shampoo, and the soap was only for handwashing - it would be useful to have such commodities - usually people travel to Create by plane, therefore every ounce of space and every weight counts - at least in my case it was like that. - Also it would be nice to have some coffee and tea, at least at the beginning of the stay - the nearest grocery is located few km away, and we kind of a missed a hot cup of coffee/tea during our first sunrise. - There is no sign (or at least I have not noticed any) that would help to find the house - in the beginning we could not find the home and actually parked in the wrong house - only after contacting the host and consulting the pictures we could establish which house was it. Also, the host send as a movie for easy self-checking - great idea and we really liked it - however it would be useful to send the movie few days before the date of arrival - the mobile reception was very poor at the site, and therefore I had problem with downloading the video on site - not to mention that someone might not have internet at all when traveling abroad. All of the above of course are not a very big problem and we really enjoyed our stay - so I can honestly recommend this logging.

The apartment's location was great. Very close in walking distance to the beach and the restaurants there. For all farther trips or expeditions a car is recommended. Our host Ioannis was awesome. Very friendly, always reachable and made us feel welcome!
