9.0Very quiet location. I'm a light sleeper but could easily sleep full night without the ear plugs. Beds were also super comfy. The room was very clean and done each morning. All staff are friendly and helpful. Location is a bit remote but still about 7 min drive to nearby village and 20 min to Follonica
