Nette Gastgeberin und bei Fragen schnell zur Stelle. Die Lage des Appartements mit dem Blick vom Balkon auf den Lago Maggiore ist fantastisch!

Außer, dass es sehr kalt in der Wohnung war, passte alles andere. Traumhafter Blick auf den See! Da die Wohnung im 2. Stock liegt, eignet sich der Balkon wunderbar für Mahlzeiten etc. ohne das man von den Spaziergängern beobachtet werden kann. Auch vom Schlafzimmer/Bett aus hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Wasser. Gute Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Laura.

− Kalt, aber Laura konnte dann noch noch zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes hin die Heizung anstellen lassen. Leider stimmen die Preise bei Booking für Kurtaxe (3,40€ pP/pro Tag) und Parkplatz (19€ pro Tag ) nicht! Da alles in bar bezahlt wird (+100€ Kaution), sollte man genügend Cash mitbringen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen zweiwöchigen wunderschönen Urlaub in Cannobio. Die Wohnung beinhaltet alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht und sie ist perfekt gelegen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach wunderbar. Laura ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas benötigten, war sie immer für uns da. Wir hatten Bettwäsche und Handtücher inbegriffen und auf Wunsch wurden diese auch gewaschen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Laura und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße Ingo und Petra

Laura was prompt, very friendly and super helpful apart form simply being a very pleasant person to work with. Her service is personal and on point in every respect. The parking facilities were easy and super convenient and Laura even out absorbent material against the walls to ensure that you do not damage your car. No surprises, it was as advertised and the host was great. The view from the residence is simply amazing as you're right there on the water with a nice balcony to add to that.

− The heating of the building is not very good but it is there. However, one must remember that you're next to the water, in full winter in old buildings (in terms of construction) which are not as well insulated as modern ones and which have a high marble content leading to cold floors. The heating however, to be fair, was always on and available. As a future consideration a slight improvement here could help BUT this observation is meant as a "possible improvement" and in no way a critique as we found the place to be just what we were looking for.
