10.0Приличная квартира, всё в шаговой доступности: транспорт, магазины, чайхана (столовая), где можно отведать местные блюда, плов, пиво на разлив, рюмочная. Народ приветливый, в транспорте сразу место уступают. Когда прилетели, из аэропорта ехали в автобусе, водитель даже оплату на проезд не взял. Из аэропорта можно доехать на автобусе номер 8 до площади Сомони, там памятник, его видно сразу с левой стороны. Там пересесть на автобус номер 3а или троллейбус 1 и доехать до Аграрного университета. Дом прям рядом. Дорога на одного составила 5 Сомони(местные говорят рубли). Хозяин очень доброжелательный, на любой вопрос помогал. В т. ч. поменять деньги, так как банки закрываются в 17ч. Посуды в квартире достаточно. Есть мусоропровод.
− В описании квартиры упоминается бассейн и отдельный вход в квартиру. Это не соответствует действительности. Букину надо исправить эту недостоверность. В то же время указывается, что это квартира в частном многоквартирном здании.
Great place with fair value.
9.0The apartment is in a good location. Busses and taxi right at the door step. Big rooms and a fair value. Big kitchen with most necessary cutlery, pots and a pan. Not the newest quality, but working fine. Friendly neighbors, when met in the one elevator.
− There is no such thing as: Soundproof (Heard and smelled some neighboring kitchen and their steps at 11pm), Walk-in closet, Private pool, Sofa bed. Had to clean the kitchen and wash some dishes before use.
