4.0On the way to Turks I was told there was someone else in the unit. I’m boarding my flight and really did I have a choice but to share? Told there was a blowup mattress but when we arrived I had to hunt it down and then we had no sheets or blankets. Asked for shower soap and shampoo also extra towels. We had three bath towels, one for each of us. No towels for the beach. Once the uninvited guest left the stay was okay. Asked for money off, since they were paid twice for same unit-nope! Getting landlord to text isn’t really his priority.

8.0I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome.

2.0This property accepted our reservation 1 day before our arrival and just cancelled a few hours before check in leaving us scrambling without anywhere to stay. I cannot comment on the property as we did not see it.
