A lovely beach hut!

We loved having the beach so close to us. The evening barbecue and pit fire were absolutely amazing. The porch provided a perfect spot to sit, watch the sea and enjoy the sunset. We also took advantage of the boat rentals to visit a nearby small island and there were also banana boats to ride. The place was gated and it was a quiet neighborhood. The beach hut was tidy, and the caretaker was very helpful. Having two bathrooms and showers was convenient. The WiFi connection is strong. Additionally, the outdoor seating in the patio area is shaded, featuring a swing and comfortable seats, and is great for outside gatherings. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and may return in the future.

Nice place, but difficult to find on Google maps it takes you way North..( maybe needs correcting) Clean and tidy but no extra beach towels. No soap Shampoo very basic accommodation designed for the Philippines family..

− Troublesome parking close by... Glad I took my little car...

Total Scam – We Lost 76,000 Pesos! This place was a complete scam. Nothing matched the listing, and the owner’s excuses

Never Again - Worst Stay Ever This place was a disaster from start to finish. The house was filthy and smelled of damp and mold. The floors were sticky, and it was obvious that proper cleaning hadn’t been done in years. Cobwebs in the corners, and the kitchen was disgusting – greasy surfaces and dirty dishes left in the cupboards. The bathroom? I’d rather shower in a public restroom than in that gross, moldy shower. There was constant noise from the neighborhood, and the walls were so thin you could hear everything happening around you. The furniture was old, worn-out, and downright uncomfortable. The beds? A nightmare. The mattresses were so hard and lumpy you could feel every single spring digging into your back. The worst part, though, was the owner. Completely uninterested in our complaints. No compensation, no apology, just an attitude of “this is how it is.” I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the misery and book somewhere that actually meets even the most basic standards for cleanliness and comfort. 1/10 – and that’s only because you can’t give 0 stars!

− False Advertising and Disgusting Conditions – Avoid at All Costs This so-called “house” was a complete scam. The listing claimed there was a living room, but according to the owner, the outdoor terrace was supposed to count as one. Seriously? A molded, rotting sofa surrounded by insects? And to make matters worse, he expected my daughter to sleep out there! Letting anyone sleep outside on a beach in the Philippines is not only unsafe but completely irresponsible. As if that wasn’t bad enough, getting to the house was an absolute nightmare. We had to wade through what can only be described as a filthy, stinking chicken coop. There was mud, feathers, and waste all over the ground. The smell was unbearable, and it stuck to our shoes the entire time. This place was disgusting, unsafe, and nothing like what was advertised. The owner clearly doesn’t care about the safety or comfort of his guests. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this nightmare.
