7.0Квартира когда-то была с большим потенциалом, но сейчас нуждается в реновации. Из плюсов: Удобная кровать Теплая вода Wi-Fi Парковка В целом, за такие деньги можно найти лучший вариант для ночлега в этом городе. Если бы знала о всех минусах апартаментов,то однозначно не бронировала б
− 1. Стиральная машинка не работала, хотя для нас это было важно, чтоб освежить вещи после дороги. 2. Отсутствие нормальной посуды для приготовления пищи (1 ложка из столовых приборов; отсутствие глубоких тарелок, поэтому вынуждены были идти в магазин и покупать посуду, чтоб детям с утра приготовить хлопья с молоком!) 3. Дверные ручки в ванную комнату и спальню ели держатся. 4. Пол был грязный/пыльный 5. Салфетки на столе проженые, стулья тоже с дефектами. 6. Полотенца уже сильно изношенные и нуждаются в замене. 7. Жидкое мыло разбавленное водой Клиентоориентированность так себе

9.0Уютная квартира в новом комплексе. Хозяева отзывчивые и разрешили заселиться после 12 ночи. В квартире есть всё необходимое для остановки на 1-2 дня.
− Мало посуды и требуется косметический ремонт
