10.0Very spacious and outstandingly clean apartment with good internet speed - WiFi worked even on the rooftop. In the apartment it was perfect for video communication, there hasn't been any single interruption with WiFi for the two weeks of our staying here, so it all went smoothly. The apartment is even more airy than in the photos, it has a really well equipped kitchen with a separate kitchen table and plenty of space. The fridge (General Electric) is also of great quality, very quiet. All kitchen appliances are new, cooker has a perfect gas supply, water is hot enough. The air conditioning is available in two rooms, AC is modern and discreet; large TV, superb view to the city, no noise from the street. The balcony has a very comfortable hammock - being there on the balcony in a hammock is a paradise, very comfortable. The swimming pool on the fifth floor is large enough for two people, the area on the roof is amazing, the gym (also fifth floor) has all necessary equipment. Both pool and gym are available 24/7, there are usually no people there since it is not a highrise building, thus the number of tenants is always minimal. The concierges are friendly and professional. The host is very pleasant, speaks good English, very responsive and helpful. We asked him for some little favours and he was enormously helpful and kind to us The mall is just a couple of hundred meters from the apartment block - there's a lovely pedestrian zone there with plenty of cafes, but there's no noise from them at all, since they are still at a distance. Overall, the district has changed a lot to the better and now it feels great there. We will definitely stay in this apartment again whenever we return to this city.
