6.0I loved the history behind it, rooms were beautiful.
− I didn’t like the lady who checked me in the hotel, I felt like I was really annoying her and not welcome. I also found and killed a bed bug crawling on the bed upon leaving.

8.0Schönes Zimmer, top Lage, sehr sauber.
− Leider waren die Portiers teils ziemlich unhöflich. Der Portier arbeitete am Computer, ich kam zur Rezeption und wurde ignoriert bis er fertig war mit dem was er tat. Es wäre kein Problem gewesen, wenn er gesagt hätte one Moment o.ä., ich wurde aber komplett ignoriert, bis er fertig war. Ein Hallo und Tschüss beim Betreten/Verlassen des Hotels wurde auch so gut wie nie erwiedert. Ganz schön seltsam… ohne das Verhalten würde ich eine 10,0 geben.
