− Anledningen till det låga betyget är att lägenheten nyligen haft en fuktskada som kräver ytterligare åtgärder. Golvet är skadat och visar tydliga spår. Luktar fukt. Lägenheten ligger i suterräng. Särskilt ett av sovrummen luktar fukt/mögel.
Cascais old town apartment
9.0The apartment was a good size with plenty of space for sitting inside or out, and very well equipped. Everything you would need. Modern bathrooms both with good showers. Great location in the old town, quiet and walkable from the busier parts, also walking distance to the marina and lovely park. The courtyard outdoor space was especially welcome for relaxing - a real bonus for an apartment. The host generously provided some bottles of wine. Easy access on arrival as we were met by the host. Good communication.
− Small suggested improvements - firmer pillows or a choice of them, and a sheet rather than quilt for warmer nights.Clarity about the annexed bedroom and bathroom situation in the description would be helpful.. Perhaps provide directions to a supermarket - we couldn't find it easily.

8.0Lägenheten hade allt man kan behöva, och väl utrustat kök. Bra läge med en kort promenad in till restauranger osv. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter i närheten, behövde aldrig leta efter plats.
− Det ena badrummet hade ingen dörr, vilken fungerar bra om man har det som en-suite.
