− We went in the winter and there is no heat so take that into consideration when booking. The walls have holes filled with insulation board so you can hear every word from the rooms above and beside you. Also be quick in the shower if you like hot water.

7.0It was on the way of the ha giang loop and they took good care of our motor
− The bathroom looked like it was not cleaned at all, the mattress was really really hard and the blanket really small for 2 person. Also it was not sound proof at all we heard the owners yelling to each other. They were not welcoming at all.

4.0The room i booked was nice.
− You booked a certain room on the web site ,but the lady said it was too cheap on there after i complained that she gave me a much smaller ,worse room then i booked. But i made her to give me the one i booked. She was cross. Then I couldn't work out the tv, it didn't play channels at all..She wouldn't even try . I'm foreigner and all on the tv was in Vietnamese. Two remotes..Said i should ask later when the boss will be there. When there was someone else i asked again. Not helpful to start with at all, just explained i need to switch it on, that it works and telling me that if i press it too many times i will break tv and pay for it. For long he didn't want to go to show me at all, annoyed and when finally came repeating i will brake the tv by pressing the remote he put on you tube. Still a normal tv didnt play any channels. Annoyed,in polite,unhelpful. Just later on he might think i Will write bad review,so he wished me nice evening. When people were leaving in the morning, no one was at reception to give the keys to,or say bye. They looked annoyed that they have some guest..When they run business like this, they shouldp be nice and smiling.and happy to deal with wishes of their guests.
