Absolute screw up, from both property manager and booking.com. And I still wait for my money return.
1.0Horrible. The property was already leased to a guy that showed up and gave us a lip. The property manager promised to take care of it, but I haven’t seen my money refunded yet. Also, try to find accommodation for 4 ppl on a short notice in Austin was next to impossible. We had to stay in a resort, paying $850 a person. Property manager claimed that booking.com didn’t de-list the property.
