We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. The house is very spacious, fully equipped with everything we needed, and made us feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden – it’s large, well maintained, and our kids loved spending hours playing outside. It was the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway.

The house was superb The lawn was phenomenal The facilities and amenities were great The hosts were very caring and attentive, even gifted us some apricots The sound system was really cool (once I rewired it to actually work in stereo) Water supply was awesome and better than anywhere else in Armenia

− Some kitchenware was pretty old The village itself is a typical post-soviet countryside, picturesque, but with nothing to do and some (rare) electricity problems

Perfect place to recharge your soul

I loved how remote and relaxed the property was, it is the perfect place to unwind from the stresses of the city. The beautiful landscape, friendly neighbors, and perfect weather made my stay wonderful. I especially like how modern and comfortable the bathrooms are here.

A peaceful home away from home close to Lake Sevan.

The location is close to Lake Sevan, so it was a perfect place to get back to after a day on the beach and sightseeing. The atmosphere was so peaceful and the host made us feel so at ease. The property was clean and well maintained and there were even fruit trees on the premises (although the fruit will not be ready for another month).

Это уже не первый раз, когда я останавливаюсь в Patates Guest House в Мартуни, и в этот раз решил пригласить с собой друзей с семьями. Все остались в полном восторге от этого места! Гостевой дом очень уютный, с просторными чистыми комнатами и большим ухоженным садом. Особое спасибо хозяину — Хачику. Он быстро отвечал на все наши вопросы ещё до приезда и был всегда на связи во время нашего пребывания, помогая и подсказывая по любым вопросам. Люди, которые встречают гостей на месте, тоже очень тёплые, доброжелательные и внимательные — создают по-настоящему домашнюю атмосферу. Отдельно хочется отметить большую кухню, оборудованную всем необходимым — есть вся техника, посуда и всё для комфортного приготовления еды. А зона для барбекю просто замечательная — удобно, чисто, просторная. С просторного патио открывается великолепный вид на озеро Севан и горы — особенно красиво утром и на закате. Газон в саду очень ухоженный, мягкий, по нему приятно ходить босиком и даже играть в футбол или волейбол. Это идеальное место как для отдыха в одиночестве, так и для компании друзей или семьи. Обязательно вернёмся сюда снова!
