1.0I booked FabExpress Sai Loading near Nashik Railway Station on 15th Aug 2025. The hotel demanded 20% advance payment. Later, they cancelled my booking over a call without giving any valid reason. Despite repeated follow-ups, executive Pawas Sharma has not refunded my money. This seems like a scam with tourists. Request Booking.com to take strict action and ensure my refund.

− I booked this hotel because it was listed as a FabExpress property, and I trusted the brand to provide safe, family-friendly stays. However, my experience was deeply disappointing. This place is not suitable for families. Late at night, there were suspicious activities — with different men and women frequently coming and going. The environment felt more like a lodging house being misused than a proper hotel. It did not feel safe, especially for women or families. It’s shocking that FabExpress would associate with or promote such properties. I have lost trust in FabExpress after this experience. I strongly do not recommend this hotel for families, solo female travelers, or anyone looking for a clean and secure stay.
