7.0El dpto está bien, tiene aire acondicionado en todos los dormitorios y bien decorado edtilo ferarri. Al edificio le falta mantenimiento, está muy viejo, pero es algo que no depende del dueño del apartamento.
− Los colchones no son los mejores pero dormimos bien.
