− I had a terrible experience with this property and with Booking.com. I made a reservation and received confirmation through Booking.com. Since I arrived a bit late for check-in, I used the door access code provided by Booking.com. To my shock, when I opened the door, another group was already inside—they also had a confirmed reservation. It was clear that the property had been double booked. When I contacted the property’s emergency number, I was told it was a mistake and that they couldn’t help me. I then called Booking.com customer service, but the agent, “Mathew,” was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite my request to escalate the call to a higher level, he refused. I was left with no support and had to book and pay for another hotel myself. This whole situation showed me how poorly Booking.com handles customer issues. They provided no resolution, no alternatives, and left my family stranded. My advice: avoid using Booking.com, as they take no responsibility for their customers’ situations.
