Flat at an ideal location for us to visit Trondheim and travel on via Hurtigruten.

− Not really clean, things from previous users still at the place, trash from previous users in the entrance "hall".

4.0Warm, comfortable beds, newly refurbished bathrooms, clean, private parking directly out front, 4 bedrooms. This is a 3 step below ground level apartment with a view of parked cars; main area no window dressings to keep the town from looking in (bedrooms have shades), top bunk did not have a safety railing for children. I was disappointed given the price.
The flat is below average but could be improved with a little tlc.
5.0Location was nice with a great view over the city
− A broken window covered with polythene was a worrying security issue. Especially with the flat being on the first floor. Cleaning could have been more thorough and I did not expect to have to clean out the shower drain which was totally blocked and flooded the bathroom floor the first time it was used. There is parking but a short explaination of which bays can be used would be useful. The Nigerian contact number seems suspicious but fortunately we didn’t need to use it.
