10.0Carmelo was extremely welcoming and attentive throughout. We found everything we needed; i was pleased to find such things as cooking oil and spices, things i often have to get when i arrive to a vacation location. There was even a freshly baked homemade cake waiting for us; it was still warm! This one scores eleven on a scale to ten. Carmelo sets a high bar.
