− Establishimg contact with staff is difficult.

1.0Nothing! Their management is very unprofessional. They canceled the reservation just a hour ago while I was on my way there.
− The host canceled the confirmed reservation on the day of arrival while I was already en route, citing 'repairs.' They toel to 'find another place,' leaving me completely stranded. At latter- shared another more expensive accomodation to stay which doesn't make any sense.
