8.0Owner is very responsive and helpful!! Great location and quiet. Community area on the first floor with books, puzzles, games and an adjacent entertainment area with ping pong / foosball.

8.0− The lock box for the key was difficult to open for me. My fingers are large and made it difficult.
Very disappointing!
4.0We came for our 60 high school reunion. I used to live in South Patrick Shores & was familiar with the area. I knew this was beachfront with a pool, except not.
− We were not told that the pool had blown away! The unit faced the parking lot; not the beach. There were no luggage carts; the AC was too loud; the primary bath fan was too loud; there were dogs barking at night. Old rugs in the hall smelled like mild dew.

10.0This is a very spacious and comfortable condo with convenient beach access from the building. The host was super helpful from start to finish, and check-in was easy.
