Location, space, 2 bathrooms,

− Some of the kitchen utensils were unclean. Shower broken in main bathroom and unsightly water marks, towels were threadbare, rug in living room has red stain and looks very dirty, door in twin room doesn’t close, blinds in twin room broken, sofa torn

The location. Was beautiful

− The apartment was really grubby and not looked after. The draining board and kettle were filthy. The pillows smelt, stains everywhere on the carpets. One of the showers were broken and the walls had stains all over them. The window in the main bedroom was broken, slightly open at the top and bolted down at the bottom. All the blinds were in awful condition with some panels missing so no privacy of shade from the sun. We should’ve stayed 2 nights but left after 1 night as it felt so dirty.

− Dirty the carpets were disgustingly stained and smelt wet towels drying on hangers in the wardrobe the towels supplied stank the shower was broken pillows on the bed were stained with makeup didn’t even look like they had been washed! The drainage rack in the kitchen was absolutely disgusting and the sponge

We stayed for one night as a stop over so this place did the job but were genuinely laughing at how ridiculously unkept

Good location. Did us well for one night. Nice view.

− Veryyy run down and not well kept at all. Paint coming off the walls. Hardly looked like the pictures. Mysterious stains on furniture. Just generally unkept. Would be an amazing property if they actually put some love and care into it.

Absolutely fantastic location! Really easy drive to some of the nearby beaches which have activities like paddle boarding at Langland. Also walkable from Swansea Bay and the city centre if you want to leave the car behind. The parking was really secure and safe which was a huge ease of mind. Also great public transport connections to areas like Mumbles for exploration. There was also an absolutely fantastic Spanish restaurant at the base of the apartment block and a Co-op for any last minute bits. The check in instructions were super clear and the flat was clean and tidy upon arrival with towels and stocked teabags and instant coffee (huge bonus). It was a nice comfy bed with plenty of pillows and couches and nothing smelt musty, even in the crazy heat. The balcony was also lovely and had a brilliant view over the marina and cityscape however it was NOT sea view so if that's what you're after, this wouldn't be suitable. Not a downside for us though, we enjoyed the view. Also every appliance we used was working and the water pressure in the master bedroom shower was absolutely brilliant!

− Whilst the view from the balcony was great, the balcony itself did feel a bit insecure to stand on. There were 2 loose/wobbly planks that made sitting out there a tad anxiety inducing for me personally but there was no health and safety risk whatsoever. Additionally, the window in the master bedroom couldn't open for airflow. Lovely view out of it though! Also, the parking while incredibly secure was actually an absolute pain to get in and out of. There wasn't a pedestrian entrance that we could find to get in from the outside so we had to use the fob to walk down the car ramp and then had to do some incredibly tight maneuvers to get the car back out the same and only ramp you can use to enter or exit. Not exactly a con but it was hard with our car which is low and long. Parking likely wouldn't be suitable for anyone with a large car. (We saw a Defender parked in this same garage and it looked like it had been scratched getting in)
