− No hangers in the closet for clothes. Iron was broken and ironing board was a small travel one . Very inconvenient after flying in with crushed clothes. .

5.0The location was ok for what we needed.
− I was a bit disappointed. The unit could do with a full paint job, walls were old and marked, felt dirty. The kitchen supplies I.e. pots,pans, utensils looked cheap, old and minimal. Pantry had a Tupperware container for sugar that was wet and gross, box of teabags and jar of coffee that were either left by previous people or supplied but looked really old, we didn’t touch any of it and brought our own. The bathrooms had cheap bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel on the floor of the shower. Not sure if they were left behind or not but they were pre-used so I wouldn’t touch them. A dirty really old shower buff thing was hanging there, yuk. The white face washers were stained and looked like they were used as a cleaning cloth. Looked like the cleaners hadn’t vacuumed properly, could see rubbish under the couch. The outdoor area was yuk, dirty old black mat thing covering the ground and dead weeds everywhere.Dining table covered in cheap vinyl that was ripped.

Really lovely place, great location and close for what we needed for the weekend. Clean and tidy.
8.0The location was perfect for our needs, it fit us all in comfortably. Very clean and tidy.
− Nothing really. Just a few possible suggestions. Maybe a proper broom and dustpan and brush to may it easier to sweep up. Extra soap where the laundry sink is, to wash hands after using the downstairs toilet (i wont wash my hands in the kitchen sink after using the toilet). A map of the pool access point (we eventually found it), the pool was lovely. Hand towels in the bathrooms (we used the face washers).
