Good location, so much potential, but tired and unkept.

5.0

The location is well situated for Nottingham, a spacious garden with bifold doors.

The property is need of a really good clean, it looked tired, a bit like student accommodation. Doors to toilets not closing, constantly banging if window opened. Paintwork chipped and damaged. Under carpet divots in floor act as trip hazzards. Crumbs on floor on arrival. Cobwebs show how well it's been cleaned. Really dank and musty smell on arrival, had to get air fresheners to make it smell reasonable. Garden seating broken and unsafe. Garden unkept. No dishwasher. No welcome pack. So just generally tired and unkept, which wasn't shown in pictures.

Overall property was comfortable and suited our needs

8.0

Warm, beds comfortable and bedding very clean.

Sofa stained and very tired. Either sofa too low or tv too high- uncomfortable watching position.

We enjoyed our stay in the property, which had everything we needed for a weekend in Beeston.

8.0

The property had a lovely spacious area downstairs, with open plan kitchen, dining and living areas and bi-fold doors opening out onto the garden. The house was in a quiet residential street with parking for one car.
