Why was I able to book a room at a property that has been shut down. I tried contacting the property only to listen to a

Don't stay unless you have to.
3.0Not much; the room was clean; staff were friendly but harried.
− Huge hotel that seems to have been abandoned: lots of restaurants inside that were closed, no place to even buy breakfast. Ceiling tiles missing in the hallways; one room was sealed (for fumigation, I assume). Really run down. There was a huge crowd for a norteno concert, maybe it survives on concerts.
