The perfect villa in a lovely location.

The location was ideal, peaceful, within walking distance of the town and with lovely views of the mountains. The villa was well equipped with comfortable furnishings. The pool was the perfect size, the surrounding garden well designed and maintained.

− The access is a bit tricky.

Fijn zwembad en huisje

Mooi huisje, rustig en wat afgelegen (buren kijken niet direct binnen). Prachtig en geweldig zwembad, diep en ondiep gedeelte, aangenaam terras. Super heerlijke airco op de kamers. Mooie z'n functionele inrichting. Ping pong tafel is leuk extraatje. Snel met auto naar de zee (15 min), supermarkt (5min) en andere bezienswaardigheden. Heel fijne vakantie.

− Klein minpuntje: mooie binnenplaats voor auto, alleen moeilijk of niet toegankelijk voor minibus/lang voertuig, maar parkeren op 50m mogelijk.

Absolutely amazing holiday, one of the best we’ve had as a family but unfortunately did not appreciate being rushed out

Gorgeous villa, perfect setting

− Everything was perfect until the morning we left. The owners turned up just after 9:00am after saying that check out was 10:00am, they started cleaning whilst we were still in the villa and started to rushing my grandparents out of the way. When we tried to tell them that check out wasn’t until 10, they argued back with us telling us they had no control over what the website said. We had had such a brilliant week in the villa and was a shame to end our holiday being rushed out of the villa.

Beautiful villa for two families to enjoy summer holiday

The villa was beautifully maintained, plenty of room for 4+4 people, comfortable beds, air conditioning in every room (not to use on day time), enough dishes and kitchen ware. Pool, sunbeds and ping pong table were enough to relax and enjoy at the villa. Travelling with car around was easy and we found beautiful spots to visit near and further away (old city of Pollença, Port of Pollença, Alcúdia, Lluc, Sóller, Cap Formentor, Cala San Vicenç)

− Just minor things that might be good to know: double bed downstairs is not big enough for two adults, be aware of some mosquitoes, driveway around the house is narrow, with a bigger car a bit challenging. With all this said, still would definitely recommend and come back one day!

We had a lovely stay, and hosts are very kind and lovely. Thank you Casa Pepe for a wonderful stay.

The property has charming hosts and the villa is well maintained and clean. Nice garden pool area for leisurely, outdoor meals. Lovely lemon trees, flowers and well maintained garden. Lovely pool with a pretty view at the back of the house. Quaint and comfortable living areas.

− The beds are a little bit small and uncomfortable. Opening the lower bedroom door or windows will invite mosquitoes and dust from the road (open window).
