5.0The size of the house and how it’s decorated. The outside was beautiful. It was not groomed, and there is no Koi pond. Nor a hot tub. Grass is grown up. Plus she had to share the property with someone underneath and you couldn’t make no noise past 11 o’clock. We paid two grand for privacy. We did not realize it was gonna have someone underneath us. We had three small kids stomping……
− The view was priceless. The rooms and stuff were really nice. The yard needed some work on it. Big time. For what we paid we should’ve got what was on reviews of what they were selling.
