Fantastic house and location for a perfect family seaside holiday

The house was very spacious, with plenty of room for our large family gathering. Bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious, and the beds could be configured as twins or kingsized. Bedlinen and towels were of good quality. The garden with bbq and play equipment was perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. The owner was quick to reply to my messages and very helpful and friendly. Rhos on Sea is a lovely place for a family beach holiday, close to busy Llandudno but more laid back. The house was only 10 minutes walk away from the seafront. I would heartily recommend, we will be coming back!

The welcome guide was really good, it had so much information in there, that we didn't need anything else. Easy check in with all the codes provided via text ahead of check in too. The kids loved the climbing frame in the garden. They were out there playing every chance they got. The beach and promenade was close enough for us to walk/scoot down to. All the bedrooms were spacious and it was comfortable for 12 of us. The host allowed us to have a slightly later check out at 11am, due to the cleaner being later than normal, which helped us enormously with getting all the kids ready to leave and packing the car. The TV in the living room had Netflix and Amazon Prime. All in all, everyone had a fabulous time.

− We couldn't get any channels on the TV in the rooms working. We managed to cast from our phones though.

Beautiful home that had everything we needed for a weekend trip. Lovely quiet area. Great to have the children’s swing & slide in the garden. Spacious for a large group. Excellent communication from host. Would highly recommend.
