10.0אהבנו את הדירה, הנוף המדהים והמרפסת הכיפית עם הגקוזי שמוצב אל מול הנוף היפיפה. הדירה במבט ראשון נראית מיושנת בשל הרהיטים אבל היא נהדרת. הכל נוח ומפנק מאוד. לדירה יש מטבח שמאובזר מושלם להכנת ארוחות וכן יש בה פינת אוכל, סלון גדול ומכונת כביסה. קתרינה וויטו מארחים מעולים. ויטו דאג לכל בקשה שלנו ובנוסף יש הוא שף ויש לו מסעדה במקום. במרחק דקות נסיעה יש סופרמרקט קטן ובמרחק הליכה ברחוב גם בית קפה מתוק. אנחנו נהננו ממנה עד כדי כך שנשארנו בה יום מבלי לצאת לטייל, רק יום צ'יל בבית.
