The location

− There was no bedding for sofa bed so my daughter had to take a pillow from my bed and cover herself with towels.when she opened the sofa bed there was empty chocolate wrappers,the top from a gas canister and a pair of ladies pants. This is totally unacceptable. If these things had not been there and the bed had been made up. The rating would have been a lot higher.

Cute little flat with everything you need . Was ideal for me and my son.

− We had a knock on our door asking if this was flat number 4 and he looked very bizarre as it was the correct flat. When I asked why he said he was selling something. Slight stale smell in the bathroom- drains. Son refused to shower. Vending machine out of order as well as the lift. Not ideal being on the first floor . Not a short flight of stairs or walk to the flat - especially with luggage.

Nothing. We did not get to stay. They gave me the wrong address.even the locals could not help. Buy the time I searched using 2 forms of navigators and both driving and walking. It was midnight by the time I found and paid for other accommodation. They refuse to refund me. When searching I also phoned many times.

− I hate that they said it was inglave rd and it was hight street and they blame me. This is turning out to be a rotten holiday because of screw ups with accommodation i booked through booking.com. at least Crowtree were absolutley lovely and fixed the issue. They will get t good feedback

Apart from the Lift situation all was fine

− THE LIFT was Not working for over two weeks which meant I could Not stay at the Apartment as intended because of my bad leg and could Not manage the stairs . I had to stay at my daughter most of my time instead of the Apartment
