10.0Richard was a courteous and friendly Host! I like the attention given to "Do not Disturb", and how nice quiet and mello the whole vibe is- and the have an nice well kept Gas grill in the back court!
− Not having the need for a second day! And I didn't like $25 cleaning fee and the percentages assignment for "Resort" fee 14+ % And the other, I don't recall its name or status was 12+% so what started out at $77, was $127 to close the booking- but it far exceeded any chain hotel room for the same money- even if the Host and the clean up lady are fhe same person- I would be a repeat customer if the need arises!
Great stay; plan to return in a few months.

10.0The host is very attentive and easy to reach at any time. Great communicator. Residence is located in a great part of town, quiet and peaceful. Close to various shopping and eating places. Bedroom clean and neat, very comfortable bed, awesome powerful shower.
