The excellent location is the strong point of the accommodation. Easy access to the metro. There are dining options nearby (later only fast food). Grocery store on the ground floor of the building. Key collection and return is at a store located 10-15 minutes walk away but the neighborhood seems safe.

− The cleanliness is poor. In addition to the dust on the furniture and the hood, there are many deficiencies that should be fixed: door handles, the shower drain, the shower faucet, etc. The bathroom sink is tiny, similar to those in an airplane, but placed in such a way that it is impossible not to spill water on the floor even if you brush your teeth. A big problem is the noise produced by a pump that supplies I think a water tank in the bathroom. No matter how little the water is turned on, in the bathroom or kitchen, the pump starts working. Late in the evening on the day we arrived and used the shower more, a neighbor came to complain about the noise. Some clearer instructions are also needed regarding turning on the boiler and the heating system. The mentioned terrace (where you can smoke) is not on the apartment floor (7th floor) but on the 5th floor. But the view in the evening is wonderful :)

− A few suggestions (not a problem, just things that might be improved): Some of the double paned windows have humidity inside. In winter they won´t isolate as well as expected. You might consider exchanging them in the long run. Support under some of the floor boards (outside the first bedroom) seems to be weak. No plastic bags in the rubbish bins. But overall we are very happy with the appartment and hope we haven´t left too much of a mess. We can recommend the appartment without any reservations.

Location and size of the aparment. Cooking cookware was in good state. Clean towels in a sealed bag.

− The house was dirty, with a lot of dust on the surfaces, and lacked instructions regarding heating and hot water. We received instructions for collecting the keys, but the apartment number wasn't provided, so neighbors helped us find the apartment.
