Mr Handy Man attempted to rectify the shower door issue, the upper roller guides were missing also??

− the lack of property maintenance, all the wardrobe doors were misaligned & failing to shut properly, the intermediate toilet/shower door only opened to 45 degrees due to the fact that the door actually jammed on the floor tiling, the main entrance door handle actually fell off in our hands when used to open the door and close the door once inside the apartment, the same could be said about both the toilet/shower room door handles, both bedroom door handles were also lose, each of these inner door handles should have 6 c/sunk screws holding the handle ring to the composite doors which look like old style pine doors from the outside when in fact they are manufactured using no more than re-cycled soft wood, a copy of MDF & Chip Board !! Crap in my opinion !! 80% wood glue of sorts !! Not One of these steel retaining rings had 6 screws holding it is in place !! The steel escutcheon rings were actua;;y missing from 2 inner door locks !! The fact that the inner door locking mechanisms had been housed inside the door frames meant that approximately 15mm of the door uprights had been left to retain ALL the inner door handles, expecting to hold ALL the cheap style inner door handles in aitu with an assortment of 12mm & 15mm long screws is a no-hoper !!especially when certain doors actually jam up on the ceramic floor tiling !! the 2 piece shower door panel had actually been broken, removed, hidden and placed between the wall and the left hand side of the washing machine/clothes drier in the 2nd toilet/shower room !! I contacted the owners to lodge a formal complaint.... They sent Mr Handy Man around with a tool bag and 200 screw drivers AND NO SCREWS !! staring with the front door he attempted to refit the inner door handle. Clearly someone had already attempted to fix the door handle because someone had tried forcing wooden matchsticks in ALL six holes designed to hold the handle to door?

Soggiorno ampio, carino e accogliente, Bella cucina e comoda. Balcone dove potersi sedere e chiacchierare. Aria condizionata funzionante in ogni stanza. Proprietari gentili e disponibili a spiegare tutto. Posizione appartamento centrale con alcuni minimarket vicinissimi. Mi sono trovata bene.

− Piccoli aspetti da migliorare: Dalla camera da letto singola si udivano rumori la notte, abbastanza fastidiosi, forse di condizionatori, era particolarmente caldo in quei giorni. Immaginiamo un disturbo temporaneo. Bagni: da rinfrescare una delle docce, una faceva fatica ad aprire lo sportello. Suggerimenti per uso lavatrice: far trovare detersivi per bucato generici sarebbe utile (per chi si ferma giusto 3-4 notti). Detersivo disponibile era vecchio. Gestione spazzatura: a Malta è molto importante seguire le regole. Richiede un attimo di precisione in più da parte di noi ospiti.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable.

Nemamo nikakvih primjedbi, domaćin nam je izašao u susret u svemu što smo trebali.

Lokacija je OK iako pješke ima nešto više do bilo kakvih zanimljivosti. U neposrednoj blizini je javno parkiralište Pieta Car Par koje je s vremenom postalo besplatno (sustav naplate nije aktivan i potpuno je zapušten) i to je zgodno ako uzimate rent-a-car. Jedino što se zatvara nakon 20h ali otvara se dovoljno rano ujutro za nastavak aktivnosti.

− 1 douche had geen deur, maar we waren met 1 koppel dus dat was geen probleem

− la pulizia e carenze nella struttura peraltro molto bella. box doccia senza una porta, maniglie delle porte che si sono staccate, lenzuala di "carta". TV non funzionante su canali normali
