− Käytävästä ja naapurista kuuluu äänet selvästi. Vessan ovi ja huoneen ikkuna ei toimi.

− -Wc kahva ei toimi. -Erittäin meluisa asunto. Yläkerran asunnossa alkanut 5 aikaan aamusta bileet. -Olohuoneen ikkunan kahva rikki -Lakanat on vanhat -Huoneistossa ei ole vuodesohvaa vaikka niin väitettiin. Kuvissa virhe. -Wc paperi ja talouspaperi pitää hankkia itse.
