Ok but needs better maintenance.

we'd liked the space and laundry facilities in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable.

− The property maintenance was insufficient and the property is for sale which may explain why light bulbs were not replaced, the bbq looks very uninviting and the lock box was stiff. it was a long weekend so couldn't do anything until after we left. We advised the agents re maintenance and they responded to say they'd fix.

− We didn’t like because it’s dusty the blinds the windows need a good clean outside and backyard needs TLC

Unfortunately Unit 1 did not meet expectations

Unit 1 did not meet our expectations and was not worth the almost $250 per night. The front screen door does not close or lock and the hinge that helps it close slowly was broken off and placed in the window sill, the front patio area was dirty and the chairs weren’t neat when we first arrived, the shower had orange mould so I had to buy bleach and scrub it, the shower does not drain, backs up with in 15 seconds of turning it on and you are left standing in dirty water the entire time, surely that is a breach of what makes a dwelling habitable?, the water is scalding hot and unsafe, there was a rotten onion under the couch, don’t worry, we cleaned it, the dish cloths were used, the cake of soap was half used, the main bed mattress had bodily fluids stains and no mattress protector, the exhaust pad over the stove was dripping grease it was so full and filthy, there was no tea towel, one of the beds is held up by a brick and there was no accessible PowerPoints in the bedroom or bathroom. Also the block out curtain roll in the main bedroom window was broken and laying against the wall in the corner and the window frame in that room was broken so you could not open one side. I have more photos but could only add 4.
