Apartment with Balcony near Glòries

The apartment was bright and quiet; the location was convenient to a grocery store, dollar store, and many little restaurants and cafes. The agent on the ground was on time, helpful, and responsive to our questions and concerns. Other reviews indicate the shades in the master bedroom didn't work, but they closed fully for us.

− The air conditioning was broken, and despite the fact that we contacted the agent on the ground, the host company, and this booking company multiple times, nothing was done. We were given two additional fans (there were two in the apartment already, but one of those was broken) and told that nothing further could be done. The sink in one of the bathrooms clogged immediately and stayed that way the whole stay, and the power outlets in one of the bedrooms dangled out of the wall, leaving the wires exposed. The outlets did work, but it was really alarming and a bit of a fire hazard. But the biggest problem by far was the temperature. It was 29ºC inside at midnight and one of my friends slept in wet pajamas in order to get relief. We would not have booked this location if we had known the air conditioning was non-functional, and in fact, only looked at locations that advertised air conditioning. It was absolutely a selling factor for us. I really wanted to like this apartment, because it was otherwise in many ways good, but I am unable to do so due to the lack of response and help from the host company.

Me gusto mucho el balcon amplio .tiene vista a la calle y patio de juego para niños arboles corre brisa.

− El aire acondicionado no funcionaba . Pero habia un ventilador que ayudo un poco con el calor.

La ubicación es muy cómoda con el metro cerca y varios comercios en los alrededores

− No me gusta la falta de respuestas a los inconvenientes que tuvimos, faltaba luz en el dormitorio, en el baño principal y las duchas y el bidet no funcionaban correctamente, lo avisamos al ingreso y nadie respondió, así mal por los responsables del mantenimiento.
