enjoyable, east subway to the rest of Madrid, and taxi for train station and airport
9.0there is only one issue, we are two couples, and both of the men need cpap for sleeping. one of the bedrooms does not have an electrical outlet, so ,my husband had to sleep on the sofa in living room. two couples who both need cpap should not stay in the apartmtment,

9.0Fuimos desde Argentina, 4 adultos y 1 niño de 6 años, y la verdad que el alojamiento es excelente, con todas las comodidades, 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, sofa cama grande, heladera con freezer, television, aires acondicionado en las habitaciones y en el comedor funcionando perfecto (aclaro que fuimos en agosto, pleno verano y muchisimo calor, sin embargo los aires funcionaron excelente).. ubicado cerca de la calle Alcalá, donde a pocas cuadras tenes la estación de metro EL CARMEN, y podes hacer conexiones, o bien, tomarte el BUS en esa misma calle.. el lugar es seguro, tranquilo. Sin dudas volveriamos a ir..
− Lo unico que no me gustó fue que estabamos llegando a madrid desde italia, y teniamos que ingresar al alojamiento con un codigo, y habia intentado comunicarme en la semana previa con el anfitrion para que me de el codigo, y no me respondía ni en booking, ni por mail, ni por whatsapp (directamente no le llegaban los mensajes)... me comuniqué con el soporte de booking y tampoco le respondia a ellos... finalmente se comunicaron via booking un par de hs antes y me dieron el codigo. Luego me explicaron que fue porque justo a la chica se le rompió el telefono y por eso no se podia comunicar conmigo.. Asique sacando eso todo ok.

8.0La struttura è esattamente come indicata nelle foto. I due bagni permettono di stare comodi ed avere i giusti spazi. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort per un soggiorno piacevole e comodo.
− Lo staff è stato gentile e ha fornito le risposte alle richieste anche se a volte con una bassa reattività. La zona era tranquilla anche se un po' periferica. Le metro più vicine sono a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La sera il quartiere offre poco
