− So dirty it’s unbelievable . Cannot believe booking.com actually allow the property to let out. * Live cables hanging from ceiling ( pictured ) * No gas one night * Cooker looks like house was built round it it’s that old and absolutely filthy * no cold water to sink * no plug in sink to wash up * no bin bag in bin * cooking tray for oven looked like mr jingles got cooked on it * rusty radiator in bathroom ( what happens to be in the kitchen - (yes the bathroom is in the kitchen on the ground floor ) * hairs in the bath tub / shower area * dirty ( everywere ) * towels had marks on them but luckily had our own * area was full of young lads on night ( proper little scrotes . I emptied van inside every night Only thing that was actually clean was the beds and relatively comfortable I have 4 videos with evidence of all the above but won’t allow me to put in the pictures column below.

Wouldn't recceomnd.
1.0There was an issue with the home so we didn't stay there. The host did quickly offer us another property which was 20 minutes away from the location we needed to be at. On the plus side, the new property had comfy beds, shame there was no curtain in the downstairs double room because there wasn't much privacy with people walking past on the street with the gaps in the blinds.
− With the new property (123 Portman St, Middlesbrough) we walked in to a horrendous smell in the property. It smelt like cat urine. The property looked clean and tidy but as you look longer there are signs of wear on things. Ripped chairs, the sofa felt like it was going to give in, the cooker was filthy, the fridge smelt bad, the bath mat is mouldy underneath. The back garden was a sh*thole! The location was bad, it was a very noisy street, the walls are paper thin so we heard every noise from the neighbours. There was 1 tea spoon and 1 fork for a family of 5 so we had to go buy our own cutlery.
Will not book again
3.0Nice furniture
− Rubbish all over the back garden and hob had been damaged so wasn’t able to use it. Notified the accommodation manager and they didn’t seem to care
