4.0− Our experience was very disappointing. To use the elevator, you first have to go up to the 5th floor to collect the keys and then go back down so everyone and the luggage can use the elevator. This process is very inconvenient, especially when traveling with suitcases. The apartment had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival. The bed sheets had hair on them, and there were no clean, dry sheets available for us to use. The listing also claims to offer parking, but this is misleading. There is no private parking—only street parking, and you can only park if you are lucky enough to find an available space. Finally, the advertised price was initially €74, but it increased to €92 due to taxes and additional fees. It also included a cleaning fee, even though the apartment had obviously not been cleaned. Charging a cleaning fee under these circumstances is unacceptable.

10.0− There was a double sale on the Apartment and there was someone else already checked in at my apartment, not professional to double sell the apartment and staff pretend they were not aware - we had to make our own beds and bed sheets were still drying

− The person who I was talking to through messages was very unpolite. He told us that we should pay extra fee for coming late, because our flight was late at night. We agreed although nobody should wait for us and we should find the key in the mailbox. We came with our children at 2 o'clock AM, after a late flight and we didn' t find a key, as promised. So, we slept in our car as it was too late to find another accomodation.. Also there wasn' t any parking at all in front of the building. He didn' t answer any of our calls and messages.
