− Unterkunft Beschreibung war nichtkorrekt. Wir haben es als zwei Häuser gebucht, bekommen haben wir zwei wohnungen. Uns wurde Privatsphäre zugesagt so das wir alleine sind, hatten jedoch noch eine Mitbewohnerin. Der Nachbar und andere fremde Personen sind immer wieder durch den Garten gelaufen wo wir saßen. Klima in den Wohnungen sind komisch eingestellt so das wenn man die Wohnung verlässt die klima anlage und alle elektro Geräte sich ausschalten. Durch diese komische Massnahme müssten wir die türen offen bzw angelehnt lassen. Somit sind auch Ungeziefer in die Wohnung gekommen. Küche, besteck und andere untensilien haben wir nicht benutzt. Unsere fragen bzw. Anliegen wurden meist ignoriert. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft niemanden ind würde sogar gerichtlich vorgehen, habe aber keine Lust meine Zeit mit denen zu verschwenden. Schade für meine zeit, Geld.

− On Booking, it was stated that I had booked a vacation house with a living room and 2 bedrooms, but in reality, it was an apartment within a larger house with other guests. So, we were deceived from the start. Anyway, moving on from that, it was the back apartment of the villa, the bedrooms were so small that you could barely move around the bed, there was no storage space for luggage, so we had to keep our suitcases open on the floor with our things inside. The tiled floor was superficially cleaned, and you could find dust and hair in the corners. The Wi-Fi was very bad, and when we reported it, we were told to reset the router ourselves, which wouldn't have been a problem if we had been able to find it.The router was probably located in another part of the villa where we had no access. This shows a complete lack of interest in the tourists. In the living room, after unfolding and arranging the sofa bed, there was also very little space left to pass by it on one side, the other side being against the wall lengthwise. Additionally, there was no space for luggage here either, but we improvised by placing the suitcase on two chairs, which also remained open with our clothes inside. The apartment was very uncomfortable due to the lack of space, very cramped. The air conditioning was only in one bedroom upstairs and in the stairwell. The kitchen area in the living room was also very cramped, with the coffee maker uncleaned, with moldy coffee left in the filter, and a sandwich maker that was also dirty and full of leftovers. The owner lives in the adjacent villa but is very unfriendly and didn’t help us at all. Towards the end of our stay, the septic tank filled up, flooding the bathroom and the entire living room. The owner told us there was nothing he could do because it was 5:00 pm and there was no one available at that time to empty the tank.
