10.0What a wonderful place to stay. It was so nice I didn't want to go home. Everything yo need for a break away.

Modern yet cosy - a great stay!
8.0Clean, new, modern, cosy and comfortable, in a great location close to my family and the Suffolk coast.
− A mirror in the bedrooms would be good, as the only mirror is in the bathroom. Also a hook on the back of the bathroom and bedroom doors would also be handy. The bathroom sink was quite high, so not good for kids. It’s a shame the hot tubs were out of use and the parking was a bit tight (although some of that was due to other guests not parking thoughtfully). However there was a free car park down the road that we used (next to a handy cafe and playground). Despite all of this we’d definitely stay again. It was still a great stay!
