We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The host was really nice and helpful and the apartment was super comfortable and everything seemed to be really new. We had everything we needed.

Amazing stay in Val Gardena

This apartment it’s the perfect place to stay when you want to explore Val Gardena area. First of all it’s situated in a small and charming village situated 20 min walking from the more crowded Ortisei, which we really loved because we could retreat and relax after a hiking day (you find good restaurants at walking distance). Accommodation comes with a transportation pass for all busses in the area which is really great considering that parking spaces in Ortisei and the other villages are limited and quite expensive. Apartment itself it’s really amazing; new, spacious and spotless clean it has everything you might need for your stay (we had even olive oil and vinegar). And the view to Seceda it’s breathtaking, especially in the afternoons. Last but not least the owners are super nice and helpful and they will give you lots of information about the area.

Das war eine tolle Erfahrung! Wir wurden wirklich supernett persönlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist der Hammer. Alles super neu, sauber hell und eine TOP-Lage. Die Betten waren super bequem. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, hier zu buchen! Eine tolle Küche war auch vorhanden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation vorher, während und nach dem Aufhalt war super perfekt. Danke noch einmal!

− Under no circumstances should you stay at this hotel. The hostess is obsessive and complains about even the slightest footprints on the stairs, constantly monitoring the guests. Initially, my family of three stayed in a two-bedroom unit on the first floor. When my friends joined us a day earlier than planned, we let them use the additional room we already had. The hostess demanded €54 per person per day for my friends, including €54 per day for their 4-year-old child, totaling €162 per day for the family. We believed our friends were only using the space we had already booked, with no additional services or items (not even extra bedding) required from the host. We offered her an additional €500 on top of our original booking fee, but she refused. Moreover, she insisted that payment had to be made directly through a card, bypassing Booking.com’s policies. When we contacted Booking.com’s customer service, they confirmed that no extra fees were necessary since we had already paid the taxes. However, the hostess insisted on charging the full amount without any discount. The location of the property is inconvenient, and during our one-week stay, we were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper. We even had to buy our own trash bags. The rooms were poorly soundproofed. The hostess was exceptionally strict, requiring us to clean the house thoroughly every day. On the final night, she and her husband blocked the door and wouldn’t let us leave until we paid the remaining balance. She argued that since we could afford to spend money on skiing, we could also afford to pay her full fees, completely disregarding how unreasonable her charges were. Dealing with this hostess was extremely stressful. Despite everything, we still cleaned the house before leaving. Her oppressive behavior ruined the vacation mood entirely. Such a host makes the stay unbearable.
