8.0Ideale ligging. Het appartement ligt in een 'drukke' winkelstraat met veel winkels en supermarkten in de buurt. Nochtans heel weinig geluidoverlast. Ook de afstand tot de dijk/het strand was ideaal (zelfs met 2 kleine kindjes).
− Zeer kleine lift. Ben een paar keer op en af moeten gaan om alle koffers en spullen boven te krijgen. Dit is maar een kleine bijzaak, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden.

− Ascenseur et palier très petit.
Tout à disposition donc pas de prise de tête

− Les toilettes un peu bruyantes mais l'immeuble est assez ancien.
