On the whole an enjoyabke stay on a long round Britain tour which was marred by minor issues with amenities
7.0The property was an attractive property excellently located in the middle of Ambleside very close to the shops .
− The property was in need of an upgrade. The tumble dry wasn’t working efficiently there were no instruction manuals to show how white goods worked and the sink didn’t drain away. I also don’t expect to have to strip beds on a serviced facility
Lovely place, would stay again but beware if you have a large vehicle the space won’t be big enough

− Smoke alarms need new batteries. Not guest responsibility for insurance needs
Comfortable stay, a little updating and maintenance needed on the property, details as stated above ,

− The door lock, very difficult to open, definitely needs replacing, this could be very dangerous if required to leave property quickly. Smoke alarm was missing the battery so not working. Very tight parking space

− Main door key was a nightmare to open from outside, this has been mentioned a lot in previous reviews, but not been rectified.
