10.0The location was perfect, there was enough space for all of us to be comfortable there, we were close to the beach and downtown, everyone wants to re rent this place next year.
All and all a quiet wonderful relaxing stay!

The location was great. Spending the first day cleaning was not okay.
6.0The location is great. There is no through traffic. It's a quiet community and a good place to walk. Its right by The Wharf. The back porch is nice. Everything was in working order. I have stayed in the villas before which is why I went back.
− The sheets were dirty on both twin beds when we arrived. They were covered in what looked like makeup. I had to take them off and wash them before we went to bed. They washed clean, it was not stained, just dirty. There was trash under all the beds and underneath the dressers. A knob was missing off the door to the washer and dryer making it hard to open. A cabinet door was hanging off the hinges and dirty glasses were in the cabinet when I arrived as well. The place had not been cleaned properly at all. I rely on wifi because I work online. There is wifi, as advertised, but it's too slow for video calls. I did find free wifi at a local gas station that was fast enough for video calls. So be prepared if you need strong internet for work or school. If the villa is cleaned properly, (which I'm sure it will be addressed) it's a great value.
We had a great stay and loved the location and and size of the condo.
9.0We loved how quiet it was and how spacious it was as well. Parking was great and right out in front with two open spots. It was a perfect spot for my husband and I plus our 5 kids. It was about a 15 minute drive from the beach but was only about 3 minutes from the wharf (kids loved this) and also very close to a few nice restaurants. The pool was small but still nice. We would book again. All around it was a great stay.
− The master bed was comfortable but did dip in a bit so it had our backs a little sore and one of the twin beds kept falling off of the frame but otherwise it really was a great stay.
