7.0Great large spacious rooms with comfortable beds Good number of towels for the weekend provided Functional kitchen and dining space Great heating in the bedrooms to keep rooms warm of an evening
− It was very unfortunate that the heating in the living room was not working - we notified the host who assured us that someone would come out and look at it however that did not happen. This meant that of an evening it was extremely cold in the house and we could not enjoy time in the evening relaxing on the couch by the TV. Fortunately there was heating in each room so the kids were warm for bed time.

8.0We loved the closeness to attractions, the shower was fantastic, appeared to be clean, free wifi and large flat screen TV. Large bedrooms were nice, worh a large bed in each and split system in each room. Basics in kitchen. Cozy house overall for the price and age.
− Lounge room air-conditioning didn't work, no smoke detectors, and lack of kitchen necessities such as a tea towel to dry your dishes, a clean dish sponge and some more pots to cook in. No access to a yard in back and front needed a bit of tidying - mowing. Water system appeared to have no regulator on it as way too hot.

− Not very clean , heater in lounge did not work, very untidy on the outside. Toilet blocked every-time someone used it lucky the owner left a plunger right beside the toilet….
Unfortunately good experience let down as not cleaned after previous stay, lack of communication.

− 2/3 beds were slept in from previous tenants. Large pile of used towels were in the bathroom. Urine on the back of the toilet. Insufficient toilet paper. Attempted to contact owner on number they provided but had no response.

− House was very untidy. Shower was dirty, fridge and table were dirty on the outside. Heater in lounge did not work. Lawns were overgrown and weeds everywhere bedding felt dirty. Not enough crockery l
