Great stay, near the beach and near Cagliari!
9.0Nice terrace, bathroom and bedrooms are also great! Attentive details as clear communication with the host and some water/ snacks available upon arrival.
− As a suggestion: I would replace the light bubs by lower k/watt/ warmer light. That’s only a minor thing! The accommodation is definitely recommended
Incredible apartment with a fantastic roof terrace overlooking the city.
10.0The apartment was fantastic and huge! Everything was better than expected and the host was very responsive to our requests. There was plenty of free street parking available right outside the apartment. The layout of the apartment is great with everything we needed close to hand. The rooftop was spectacular and massive. We spent most evenings there using the hot tub and just relaxing. When you stay at this apart,emnt, you have exclusive use of the roof terrace which is a huge bonus.
− The apartment does not have a TV. This wasn't a problem for us but it might be an issue for other guests.

8.0Appartement spacieux et propre, joliment décoré. Fidèle à la description. Idéal pour 4 à 5. Climatisation efficace. Marwan, Hôte exceptionnel, facilement accessible par conversation whatsapp et réactif. Beau rooftop. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la terrasse comme nous l’aurions souhaité car beaucoup de vent durant notre séjour. Nous n’avons eu aucune difficulté à nous garer en bas de l’immeuble et stationnement gratuit!
− On le pensait plus proche de Cagliari. Il faut compter 20 minutes de voiture et circulation dense quand nous y étions, peut être toujours ainsi. Isolation acoustique (bruit de circulation et vrombissement de la climatisation trop audibles la nuit).

10.0The roof terrace was the ultimate. A truly wonderful atmosphere. We had breakfast there, soaked in the hot tub, and barbecued... the view and sunset are breathtaking up there. Marwan was always available for big and small questions. The apartment lacked nothing and was very spacious, clean, and tidy. There's a supermarket and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There's also a bar directly across the street, which is very convenient. The beautiful sandy Poetto beach is a 5-minute drive away. In the Molentargius-Saline nature reserve, which is 3 minutes away on foot from the accommodation, we were able to see the flamingos 🦩🤩. I would come back every year.

10.0Both the apartment and the hosts are excellent. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped. 20 minutes from Cagliari and near to the beach. The hosts answered all the questions we had and were totally attentive to us. Without a doubt we would recommend this stay.
