Bellissima vista dalla terrazza, posizione sicuramente top. Non facilissimo da trovare e bisogna fare un po' di scale, ma merita. Il resto nella norma, buon materasso, bagno ok, cucina piccola, ma funzionale. Puerto del Carmen è sicuramente il luogo più turistico e vivace di Lanzarote, non manca di nulla.

− Non accetto che in estate io debba mettere le monetine per poter far funzionare l'aria condizionata, soprattutto se non è comunicato propriamente. Solo per informazione, a Lanzarote non ci sono persiane, solo tende oscuranti perciò portatevi una mascherina per dormire. La pulizia non era il massimo, ma accettabile.

Merece la pena

La casa estaba muy limpia y muy equipada (tenderete, productos de limpieza, cocina equipada...). Tiene una piscina con tumbonas que para relajarse está muy bien y buena ubicación, cercana a la playa.

− El día de la llegada fue difícil encontrar el apartamento y hay muchas escaleras para subir con equipaje pesado. Además el aire acondicionado es gratuito unas cuantas horas y después hay que pagarlo.

I stayed here as I needed to be near my daughter and family in the nearby Cinco Plazas, which was just around the corner. Apartment exactly as described. Very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Lots of little extra touches, like beer and water and ice in the fridge, coffee pods, and even detergent for washing machine. TV had loads of channels, including sports. Balcony had great views and was nice and cool in the evening. Would highly recommend to others bearing in mind the only downside I will mention below.

− The stairs ! I am a 62 year old widower and reasonably healthy for my age, but I did struggle with all those stairs. The front entrance is particularly challenging, especially on arrival with heavy suitcases. The rear entrance is much more manageable and also easy parking if you hire a car. The actual steps up to the apartment are quite steep but manageable. This was the only downside for me, but others will appreciate the many excellent features of this apartment, which will far outweigh all those stairs.

Apartment was very nice and had all the things you need. Pool was very nice too. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Shops/restaurants and the ocean were on walking distance (actually beach was a bit further). Decent sized supermarket was at the bottom of the stairs to the complex. The (self) check-in and acquiring the keys was well described and easy. Hosts are nice and helpful in case of questions.

− It was a lot of stairs (5 sets, I think) getting to the apartment. (Especially) for my pregnant wife this wasn’t great. This wasn’t clear from the description. There was not really a way to create some shade while laying at the pool. It took some time before the water got hot in the apartment, but once warm the shower was very good. There was AC, we didn’t need it, but it charges 1 euro for every 2 hours (first 8 hours were free). Parking wasn’t great, often had to circle the block to find a spot, which was a struggle due to all the one-way streets.
