Stunning views, beautifully appointed accommodation and a lovely host!

− The walk to Tenby while being a lovely walk along the beach was a little further than we thought! (It took us around 45mins)

Unfortunately, the stay did not provide the relaxing experience we had booked and paid for due to the unavailable hot tu

Fantastic views and location! Lovely touches on arrival, great decoration, everything you need is at the accommodation for a great stay.

− The hot tub was sadly out of use for the entirety of our stay due to damage caused by previous guests. Whilst we appreciated the owners’ attempts to repair it and did feel for the situation they found themselves in, unfortunately the issue was never resolved during our visit. We specifically chose and paid for this accommodation to relax and recharge using the hot tub facilities. Due to the maintenance work taking place directly outside the property during our stay, there was also very little privacy, meaning we spent far more time in Tenby than at the accommodation itself. Had we known the advertised facilities would not be available, we could have booked alternative accommodation such as the Premier Inn at a significantly lower cost. At the time, we were offered the opportunity to rebook another stay at a later date instead of compensation. However, despite chasing this up since returning home, no suitable availability has been offered to us. We are therefore extremely disappointed with the overall outcome. Through no fault of our own, we did not receive the experience, facilities or value that were advertised and paid for and unfortunately no meaningful compensation or resolution has been provided.

Great communication throughout process from booking to leaving, couldn't have helped more. Lovely place to stay and perfect for those with dogs and who are able bodied to walk along the beach to town.
