Extra Costs let it down.

It was very easy to find the property owing to the owner's detailed description, communication, map etc. It was easy to find the key and the code was messaged to me. The owner appeared very quickly. The property was clean on the whole and very well equipped. The tv was big and sofa was comfortable. The children enjoyed the pool. The air con was fantastic throughout the property. There is a delicious restaurant just a small walk away with excellent service and excellent food.

− Some water bottles provided would have been nice. There was a pubic hair in my bed and the owner did not offer any sort of compensation for this. The bathroom had poor ventilation. The beds weren't hugely comfortable but okay. The car park was a little bit far away but this wasn't too much of a problem. Just meant carrying heavy shopping bags a rather long walk. The extra costs were an unpleasant surprise AFTER you have spent ages finding a property with all the filters on booking.com. You had to pay extra for bed sheets, house clean after your stay (and empty your rubbish whilst you are there) and Air Con was 80 euros extra when we had deliberately searched for a house WITH air con. I didn't think this was very fair and probably would've found somewhere else with a lake view had I known the costs were going to amount to the same price anyway.

Quiet and beautiful place

The house is brand new, clean and beautiful. Affi doesn't have that much to do but it was easy to reach other places. The kitchen has all the important tools.

− I believe some small but important items were missing, like bath rugs and kitchen towels. It was disappointing that there wasn’t even one kitchen towel. It would also be helpful to provide basic supplies such as dish soap and cleaning products, we had to buy them and left them behind after our week-long stay. Additionally, the bathtub isn't very practical. For a 3-bedroom house, having an extra toilet would be more useful.

During our stay it was really hot day and night, so the air con and the pool were a necessity. Air con really quiet 👍. Overall a great place to stay!
